ON A CLOUD - 6.8% IPA - A crowd favorite returns. Packed full of Mosaic and Enigma hops for a dank and tropical drinking experience.
KEY LIME PIE BERLINER - 5% - This tasty treat is back in time for the heat of summer. Key Lime juice, lactose, vanilla, and graham cracker combine for a tasty dessert beer.
CLASSIC CRISP - 4.9% American Lager - We are releasing this new beer in 6 packs of 16oz cans because you’re going to want to crush these crispies all day. Brewed with American Pilsner malt and Rice and Michigan grown Crystal hops this lager hits with more hops than you’re used to in an American Lager and finishes as crisp as can be.

THE FINE PRINT - 7% IPA - A beer that was brand new for us last year returns this year better than ever. Packed full of Mosaic, Southern Passion, Citra, and El Dorado this IPA displays intense tropical/juicy character with a touch of dank.
MIRAGE - 7% West Coast IPA - A crowd favorite for last years anniversary is back and more bitter than ever! Brewed with Columbus hops in the kettle and dry hopped heavily with Citra and Mosaic.
VANILLA DIMMER - 6% Coffee Golden Ale - This version of our beloved coffee golden ale features Ethiopian coffee from our friends Wood Burl and Tahitian Vanilla.

BOURBON BARREL FERAL DAWN - This years blend of our annual release to celebrate another trip around the sun is our favorite yet. Comprised of some rare Buffalo Trace barrels we taste a beautiful chocolate character alongside a balanced level of whiskey, char, and vanillin.
MAPLE BOURBON BARREL FERAL DAWN - A new variant for this year. Aged for one year in a barrel formerly used to hold bourbon, then maple syrup, then our Imperial Stout. A huge maple presence on the nose followed by sweet chocolate leaving with residual maple flavor on the pallete.
CURL OF THE BURL - This Dark Wild Ale was aged in a second use Pappy 15 barrel for nearly two years and was treated with cold brew and coffee beans from our friends at Wood Burl Coffee/Press Coffee Bar.
OVER THE EDGE - Our house Dark Mild finds it's way back in rotation and this time we have CASK BOXES available!
SPECTRAL ALPHABET w/Phantasm - A crowd favorite IPA from us, this time with Phantasm. Phantasm is freeze dried wine grape skins that we add to increase the thiol content of the beer(tropical character). See if you can tell a difference between the regular Spectral and this limited verison.
COSMIC SLOP - Arguably everyone's favorite IPA that we make is back after a year away and it's better than ever. Citra and Galaxy hops combine for a tropical hop explosion.
SOFT TEMPLE - Another crowd favorite is our first dessert berliner. Cherries, Blueberries, Vanilla, and Lactose meld into a delicious treat that reminds us of cotton candy!
GORLAMI - Our famous Italian Pilsner is back in cans and we couldn't be happier! A staff favorite this hoppy lager is just so drinkable and perfect for the summer. Stock up!

With new guidance from the CDC, promising studies on the effectiveness of the vaccine, and the widespread availability of the vaccine, It's time to return to full hours for on-site consumption at Branch & Bone. Starting with this Thursday May 20th we will resume full service Tuesday through Sunday for beers on the patio and in the taproom. Full hours are as follows:
Tuesday - Thursday 4pm - 10pm
Friday - Saturday Noon - 11pm
Sunday Noon - 8pm
As we were pre-COVID we will remain closed on Mondays.
The following guidelines will be in effect:
- Masks must be worn by anyone who isn’t vaccinated anytime you aren't seated. We have some disposable masks that will be made available to you as well.
- Per State guidelines that remain in effect until June 2nd, Beer orders will be placed at the bar but patrons must be seated at a table before consuming beer. No sampling at the bar.
- Barriers will remain up and our tables will remain distanced for the time being.
- Seating is limited and all parties must be seated to remain in the taproom/patio area. If all seating is taken and you choose to wait, please do so outside of these areas.
- We are very happy to welcome back our families here at Branch & Bone, including children and our furry family members (patio only for pets). As we are still limited to our groups and social distancing is still in effect, children and pets must remain within your group.
- However, our table games will still not be available for use until further notice.
- Growler Fills have returned. Crowlers are our preferred method of draft beer to go and will be a permanent fixture moving forward. But if you have growlers you want filled or would prefer a growler, we are happy to fill that for you.
We look forward to welcoming you all back as you are comfortable to enjoy beers in our taproom. Our staff is ready to safely provide the service that you expect from us and we can’t wait for what the future holds as we move forward. We cannot thank you all enough for the support you have shown our family here at Branch & Bone through such weird times. Cheers!

MARQUEE MOON - 7% WCIPA bittered in the kettle with Columbus and Simcoe hops and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe.
COUNTY LINE - 5.4% Keller Pilsner, this fresh Pilsner is brewed with German malts and hops. Lagered briefly for two weeks and packaged fresh. A little hazy with balanced bitterness and hops flavor and aroma. Springtime crusher!

The very first IPA we canned back in 2018 is back and better than ever. Dripping with fresh Citra and Amarillo hops this hazy DIPA is extremely balanced and bursting with juicy hops flavors and aroma.
THANKS, IT HAS POCKETS VOL. 3 - 7% MAI TAI IPA
Our annual brew in support of International Women's Day, this year our staff chose to put a spin on the famous Mai Tai tiki cocktail and attempt to get some of those flavors into an IPA. Brewed with Lime, Cara Cara Orange, Tangerine, Almonds, Vanilla, and dry hopped with the Pink Boots Hop Blend this beer is pretty much a tropical fruit drink. We are so stoked with how it turned out. $1 of each 4 pack and draft pour will go to Artemis Center.
COCONUT VANILLA UNMASKED - 6.4% Pastry Porter
Available for the first time in cans this Robust Porter is brewed with an irresponsible amount of toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla. Prior to now this was always just a keg treatment and we get asked to bring it back often so here it is in all of it's pastry glory! Can art featuring the pets of the entire Branch & Bone staff!

ARCHAEOBOTANY - 7% IPA - This is our second version of Archaeobotany, a collaboration with our best friends Jackie O’s! For this version we decided to use some local honey, Haus Malts and dry hopped the beer with large amounts of Zappa and Strata hops
DIGNITY & TOIL - 5% Vienna Lager - Our first Vienna lager is brewed with 100% German malts, hops, and yeast. Smooth toasted malt flavors with a small amount of hop presence to balance everything out.
DIMMER - 6% Golden Ale w/coffee - Our local classic is back in cans. This time with Ethiopian coffee beans roasted by our pals at Wood Burl Coffee.
