All of our wines, mead, and cider are produced right here in South Park along side our beers. While we do pitch yeast into our meads, these products are otherwise natural with the belief that utilizing quality ingredients allows for the best product with minimal intervention.
Avalaible now in our taproom are the first products from our new Wine, Mead, and Cider Program. Still products are offered by the glass (5oz pour) or by the bottle (500ml Bottle) to enjoy on-site while the sparkling options are only available by the bottle. Bottles are also available for carryout.
WHITE - Chenin Blanc/Sauvignon Blanc Blend. Notes of Honeyed Pear and Quince.
RED - House Red Blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes aged in a French Oak Barrel. Bright jammy, cherry Jolly Rancher notes with enough bold tannin to keep it balanced.
CHAMBOURCIN - Our newest wine is a single varietal wine made from Michigan grown Chambourcin grapes. Featuring a strikingly deep color, jammy berry forward with a hint of savory on the nose followed by more berries, herbaceous spice, and leather on the palate with a medium body, tannin and acidity level.
SPON CIDER - Our Harvest Cider, featuring 13 different types of apples grown in Ohio including some Heirloom varieties, fermented with the spontaneous microflora of the apples themselves.
TART CHERRY MEAD - This dessert style honey wine balances the sweetness of honey with the acidity from the tart cherries.
