DIMMER, TANOOKI STOUT, DIAMOND SEA RELEASE AT BRANCH & BONE

Join us Saturday January 18th at Noon for our next release as we bring back crowd favorite, Dimmer, and a new collaboration, Tanooki Stout in 16oz cans! A new fruited Wild Ale, Diamond Sea, will be making its debut in bottles as well.


Dimmer - Golden Ale with Coffee 6% ABV

An English Golden base with Wood Burl's Kianyangi AA Kenya coffee beans. Heavy coffee aroma melds with an English toasted malt character for a complex take on a traditional style. $11.99/4 pack 16oz cans


Tanooki Stout - Churro Inspired Pastry Stout 11.5% ABV

A collaboration with our friends at Listermann Brewing Company continues the theme started with Fire Flower. Packed full of lactose, cassia bark, Ceylon and Saigon cinnamon, Tanooki Stout is a big bold pastry stout inspired by churros. $19.99/4 pack 16oz cans


Diamond Sea - Foeder Aged Wild Ale with Boysenberry 6.3% ABV

In our foeders, old and young beer coalesce and age perpetually. Diamond Sea combines mature Wild Ale with boysenberries from the Pacific Northwest. This beer presents itself with a wine-like and beautiful berry jam aroma. Tart Flavors blend with even more jammy character to make this a complex, yet easy drinking and enjoyable treat!

All three beers will be available on draft when we open at Noon. Cans and bottles go on sale at Noon as well. Limits will be set morning of the release based on turnout. We are a small brewery and put as much of these beers into cans as our system allows. The goal would be that anyone that arrives by Noon Saturday has the opportunity to buy something.
